Please carefully read the instructions provided with the rental delivery regarding the usage of this equipment. It is highly recommended that the person or persons using the equipment are available at the delivery time for a full safety overview.

 

Food Handling

Whether you are cooking for a large or small group, it is critical to observe the rules and guidelines for a food-safe environment. Please carefully read the Safe Food- Handling Package enclosed with your rental order in advance of your event so you can plan appropriately. We are available for any questions you have on this most important issue.

You will be provided with emergency cell phone numbers with your rental delivery.

 

Rental Agreement Fine Print

•  Payment terms are COD, unless otherwise arranged

•  Responsibility with the equipment remains with the lessee from time of delivery until time of return

•  All equipment must be kept under cover until pickup

•  Replacement costs or repair charges will be assessed on any equipment lost or damaged.

•  All charges listed are for one day usage unless otherwise stated

•  Use of equipment by the Lessee is at his/her own risk and he/she agrees to indemnify and save the Lessor harmless from all claims for damage.
